Phillip Souta
Phillip Souta became Director of Business for New Europe in 2010. He is an expert on European affairs and appears regularly in the media. Before that he practiced as a barrister in the area of criminal law. He also spent time at Linkaters, and at the Food Standards Agency working on UK government policy in the area of global health standards. He read philosophy at the London School of Economics and was called to the Bar in 2006. He is a member of Liberty, the Human Rights organisation, and Chatham House.
